摘要:制备了壳聚糖(CS)-蒙脱土(MMT)复合涂布液,进而对纸张进行涂布,制得CS-MMT抗菌涂布纸。研究了复合涂布液制备工艺对涂布纸抗张指数以及对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌性能的影响。结果表明,CS用量为2%、CS与MMT用量比为3∶1,CS相对分子质量为20万~50万时,抗菌涂布纸对金黄色葡萄球菌有很好的抑菌性,同时纸张的抗张指数也得到明显改善。对涂布液的红外光谱和X射线谱图分析表明,CS已进入到MMT的层间。抗菌涂布纸SEM分析表明,CS-MMT复合涂布液在纸张表面形成了膜层。
Abstract:Chitosan(CS) -montmorillonite (MMT) coatings and CS-MMT coated paper were prepared. FT-IR and X-ray diffraction confirmed that the chitosan was in the area in between of the layers of MMT. The effects of preparation conditions of CS-MMT coatings on tensile index and antibacterial properties for staphylococcus aureus of the coated paper were studied. The results showed that, 2% chitosan dosage, ratio of chitosan to montmorillonite 3∶1, relative molecular weight of chitosan 200 k~500 k were the optimum conditions. The coated paper had favorable antibacterial properties for staphylococcus aureus and the tensile index of paper was improved obviously. SEM confirmed that there was a film of the chitosan-montmorillonite coatings on the paper surface.
