| 摘要:提高纸张中填料含量是节省纤维原料和降低纸张生产成本的重要途径,填料在纸张中的含量一直呈不断上升的趋势。本文论述了填料在造纸过程中的目的和意义,综述了细胞加填、填料改性、填料预絮聚、纤维改性、细小纤维-填料复合填料等提高纸张中填料含量技术的研究现状和工业化程度。 |
| Abstract:Increasing filler content in paper and board is a important measure of saving fiber resource and decreasing production cost. There is a trend of increasing filler content in paper and board is, and it has been attracting more and more attention from the papermakers and end-users. In this paper, the role and significance of filler in paper and board were described, and the main technologies of improving filler content including lumen loading, filler modification, filler preflocculation, fiber modification, fine-filler composites were summarized. |
