电吸附技术在造纸废水深度处理中的应用

摘要:介绍了电吸附技术的特点,设计了电吸附装置处理超滤膜产水和电吸附装置处理(超滤膜+反渗透膜)产水两组试验方案深度处理造纸废水。试验结果表明,电吸附装置不仅可以去除水中离子,也可以去除部分COD,解决重复使用超滤膜产水带来的离子积累问题,也可以解决反渗透膜浓水处理难题,探讨了电吸附技术在造纸废水深度处理中的应用。
Abstract:The characteristic of electrosorption technology was introduced. Two group trials for treating the papermaking waste water were designed, one was electrosorption combined with ultra-filtrate, another was electrosorption combined with ultra-filtrate and reverse osmosis. The results indicated that the device of electrosorption could remove both of ions and partial COD of the water. The accumulation of ions in the water recycle system of ultra-filtrated could be solved, and the high consistency waste water generated by the reverse osmosis could be treated too. The application of electrosorption technology in advanced treatment of papermaking waste water also be discussed in this paper.
