摘要:通过对轴承座振动频率,轴承微观组织,新旧油脂颜色、水分、有机物成分、金属元素含量分析研究,获得了浆板机网压部圆锥滚子轴承失效综合症象。主要表现为:振动频谱图异常、油脂的表观颜色异常、水分含量增加、金属元素Fe、Zn和Li含量增加、有机物成分变化;可通过润滑油脂、轴承安装间隙和其密封材料的合适选用,避免两不相溶的油脂合用等措施来减缓轴承的失效。
Abstract:The failure characteristics of cone roller bearings at wet end in a pulp drying machine were obtained through the test of vibrations of bearing houses, the observation of microstructure of bearings and the analysis of the new and old lubrication grease such as color,water content,metal content,and organic content. It indicated that the vibration spectrum and grease color were abnormal; the water content and the Fe, Zn & Li contents of grease increased and organic contents were changed. Some measures could be taken to slow down bearings failure, it includes to use appropriate greases, installation bearing clearance and sealing materials, and the mixture of incompatible greases is avoided.
