摘要:检测分析了合成硅酸钙的性能,并研究了其作为填料在轻型纸中的应用效果。结果表明,合成硅酸钙呈蜂窝状疏松多孔结构,具有比表面积大、密度小、磨耗值低等特性,且含有一定数量的化学结构水,具有较强羟基持有能力;合成硅酸钙作为轻型纸的填料,与轻质碳酸钙(PCC)相比,其单程留着率高,浆料滤水性好;可赋予纸张较高的松厚度,同时对纸张抗张强度和施胶度的负面影响较小。
Abstract:The characteristics of synthetic calcium silicate filler and its application in low density printing paper were studied. The results showed that synthetic calcium silicate had honeycomb porous structure, with large specific surface area, low density, low abrasion value, and other characteristics. It contained a certain amount of chemical structural water with strong hydroxyl holding capacity. Compared with precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC), synthetic calcium silicate retention and drainability of the furnish were better than PCC where it was used as the filler in low density printing paper production, and it could endow the paper with higher bulk, and smaller negative effluence on tensile strength and sizing degree, it could also increase the amount of filler addition effectively.
