摘要:铜版纸生产过程中,不可避免地产生一定量的损纸,损纸回用时会对原纸性能产生影响。本文研究了铜版纸损纸回用量对原纸匀度指数、抗张指数及撕裂指数的影响,并采用正交实验研究了损纸配比(替代原生浆的比例)、阳离子淀粉用量及阳离子聚丙烯酰胺用量对原纸物理性能的影响。结果表明,铜版纸损纸回用对原纸的匀度及强度性能都会产生影响。在铜版原纸生产过程中,根据损纸配比的变化并综合考虑原纸性能指标的要求,可以调整阳离子淀粉和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的用量,使原纸的各项指标都能达到较高的水平。 |
Abstract:During coated art paper production, a lot of broke are produced inevitably, and the recycling of broke will affect the properties of the base paper. The effects of the amount of recycled broke on the base paper properties such as evenness index, tensile index and tear index were studied, and the effects of the broke ratio, the charges of cationic starch and cationic polyacrylamide on the physical properties of the base paper were investigated with orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the recycling of broke affected the evenness and strength properties of the base paper. During the coated art paper production, the base paper with good physical characteristics could be obtained by adjusting the charges of cationic starch and cationic polyacrylamide. |
