摘要:废水处理的中和过程采用常规的控制技术对pH值进行精密控制难以取得理想效果,而中和过程控制质量的好坏直接影响废水IC厌氧反应塔内部的反应环境,本文针对这一问题进行分析,提出了采用模糊自适应PID控制方法的pH值控制系统。实践结果表明,新的控制方法能够有效地提高pH值的控制精度,具有较好的动态性能和较强的鲁棒性。 |
Abstract:The neutralizing process in effluent treatment based on the traditional control method cannot precisely control pH value. And the control quality of neutralizing process directly influences the environment of IC anaerobic reactor in this paper, the design of fuzzy adaptive PID controlling system was used to recognize the object’s predictive mode. The application result indicated that new control method could increase the control precision effectively, had good dynamic property and the strong robustness. |
