| Abstract:The system configuration and operation practice of the large-scale twin roll washing press applying in commercial production were introduced, it included process design, automatic control, system operation and production data and economic benefit. The practice showed that twin roll washing press was an efficient, energy saving, environmentally friendly equipment, its cost performance was very high and it should be the first choice of the large-scale efficient production in the present, its reliable performance and high efficiency were more significant when the completed rational and assorted system configuration was applied. |
