摘要:采用桑枝为原料制备磺化化机浆(SCMP浆),考察磺化条件对桑枝SCMP浆性能的影响。通过单因素实验和响应面分析法探讨制备SCMP浆的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺为:NaOH用量3%,Na2SO3用量18%,最高温度115℃。在此条件下获得的SCMP浆白度为49.4%,耐破指数为4.51 kPa·m2/g,抗张指数为31.8 N·m/g, 撕裂指数为5.35 mN·m2/g。 |
Abstract:The effect of sulfonation conditions on papermaking performance of SCMP using mulberry stalk as a raw material was studied. The optimal bleaching conditions of was obtained by using single factor experiment and response surface methodology. The dosages of NaOH and Na2SO3 were 3% and 18% respectively and maximum temperature was 115℃. The brightness, burst index, tensile index and tear index of the bleached pulp were 49.4%, 4.51 kPa·m2/g, 31.8 N·m/g and 5.35 mN·m2/g. |
