摘要:针对高柔性紧凑结构大功率齿轮减速箱的国产化设计,采用基于动态特性的设计方法。利用UG建立齿轮减速箱的三维模型,在ANSYS workbench中对其进行模态分析和谐响应分析,获得齿轮减速箱的动态性能,据此,在保证齿轮副强度的情况下,为齿轮减速箱的箱体及结构设计提供设计依据。 |
Abstract:Aiming at the gear reducer with high flexible compact, and high power structure, the design method based on the dynamic characteristics of gear reducer was applied, the 3D model of double-input gear reducer based on UG was established and model analysis and harmonious response analysis of the gear reducer was carried out, the dynamic performance of the gear reducer was obtained. It provided scientific basis for the designs of the case and structure of gear reducer under the precondition of ensuring the aux, strength of the gear. |
