摘要:低强度打浆是基于比刀缘负荷理论在磨片选型优化中的应用,通过优化磨片齿形设计达到在OCC打浆过程中有效提高盘磨打浆的效率,同时最大限度地保留纤维强度、提高成浆品质并大幅降低打浆电耗。 |
Abstract:Based on the theory of specific edge load, low intensity beating was implemented by optimizing the plate of the refiner. Application of low intersity beating in OCC recycling could largely maintain the length and strength of the fiber, increase the fibrillation of the fiber. The aim of improving quality of the pulp and reducing energy consumption greatly was reached in the beating of OCC. |
