摘要:采用环境测试舱(ETC)、自动热脱附仪(ATD)和气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用技术,研究并建立了墙纸中15种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分析方法。对ATD实验条件、吸附剂选择等研究发现,与常规吸附剂Tenax TA相比,吸附剂Carbopack B/CarbosieveTM S-III对VOC单体具有更好的吸附性能,更适合于有机物的吸附捕集。本方法对VOC单体的最小检出限(LODs)范围为0.01~0.4 μg/m3,方法的加标回收率为90%~109%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于11%。用该法测试多种市售墙纸的VOCs,发现墙纸释放VOCs的种类与墙纸材料有较大关联。纸基墙纸的释放量较低,只释放少量的1-丁醇和丙二醇;无纺墙纸和PVC墙纸释放出较多的甲苯、苯乙烯、2-乙基-1-己醇、壬醛和萘等;而金属墙纸则释放出较多的直链或支链烷烃。 |
Abstract:A variety of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released from different wallpapers, were determined by virtue of 1 m3 environment test chamber, auto thermal desorption (ATD) and gas chromatography/mass spectrum (GC/MS). The study on ATD experimental conditions and adsorbent selection was found that, Carbopack B/CarbosieveTM S-III adsorbent exhibited a better trap performance than conventional Tenax TA, and more suitable for the adsorption of various organic monomer. In this method, the limit ranges of detection (LODs) for various VOCs was 0.01~0.4 μg/m3. The average recovery ranged from 90% to 109%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 11%. Test results of various commercially available wallpaper samples showed that the wallpaper material had a great effect on its released VOC composition. Paper base wallpapers emited little TVOC and released just 1-butyl alcohol and propylene glycol, whereas Non-woven wallpapers and PVC wallpapers released more toluene, styrene and 2-ethyl-1-hexanol, nonanal, naphthalene, etc. Much alkanes (straight-chained and branched-chain) were found from metal wall papers. |
