摘要:通过对烘缸的整体有限元分析,比较了常用的凹形缸盖烘缸和凸形缸盖烘缸的应力,并对缸盖的主要受力影响因素——压力、幅宽和转速进行了分析比较。结果表明,采用凸形缸盖的烘缸既可以提高车速、增大烘缸的使用压力和幅宽,适用于高速宽幅纸机,又可以降低成本、提高经济效率、减轻烘缸质量。凸形缸盖烘缸是造纸机烘缸的发展趋势。
Abstract:Dryer cylinder head is the most complex pressure parts of dryer in stress analysis point of view, and is the most common area causing dryer accident. Therefore, the research and development of dryer cylinder head have bean attracted great attention. Based on the integral finite element analysis of dryer, compared stress analysis between the commonly used concave dryer cylinder head and convex dryer cylinder head, and compared the main influence factors of dryer cylinder head, such as pressure, breadth and running speed. it was obtained that convex cylinder head dryer could increase the running speed and increase pressure and breadth, and was suitable for high speed wide paper machine, moreover could reduce costs, increase working efficiency, reduce the weight of dryer. Therefore, convex dryer cylinder head is the development trend of paper machine dryer, it provides certain reference for further optimization design of the structure shape of dryer head.
