摘要:针对纸机成形网部的摇振装置已不适用于现代高速纸机的问题,提出了一套适用于高速纸机的新型摇振装置的设计。通过对摇振装置进行参数计算和结构设计,这种新型该摇振装置采用胸辊摇振方式,以两组4个偏心转子为摇振主体,具有无反作用力、对相连部件振动小的特点,有效地减少纤维絮聚,提高纸张匀度,在高速纸机中仍保持很高的振动特性。
Abstract:With the development of high speed paper machine, the original vibration device is gradually not suitable for modern high-speed paper machine. Aiming at this problem, the design of the new shaking device was suggested. The shaking device was designed through the parameter calculation and structure design. It adopted breast roll vibration mode, the key part consisted of two sets of four eccentric rotors, and the characteristics of the device included no recoiling force and small vibration of the connected parts. The device remained very high vibration characteristics even in high-speed paper machine it effectively prevented the fibers from flocculation and improved the sheet formation.
