摘要:分别采用光透射式匀度仪和β射线透射式纸张匀度仪对对位芳纶纸的匀度进行了检测和分析。结果表明,这两种检测方法都可以测定纸张定量的微区分布,从不同方面表征纸张的匀度,其测定结论是一致的。区别在于前者不仅适用于纸张匀度的测定,还可用于浆料体系分散性的测定,其最终结果还要通过相关的图像处理软件进行后处理;而后者仅用于纸张匀度的测定,操作较简便,所有的定量矩阵图表和统计数据可由计算机直接获得。 |
Abstract:Aramid sheet is made of the hydrophobic aramid fibers and aramid fabris which are easily flocculated, the distribution of these two kinds of fibers in the sheet structure namely the formation of aramid sheet is an important factor affecting all of the performances of the sheets, so measuring the formation of aramid sheet has become a major task for researchers. However, there is not a standard international formation evaluation method due to the complexity of the sheet and the slurry system. Two different methods were adopted to test and analyze the formation of aramid sheet in this paper. The results showed that these two methods could be used to characterize the formation of the sheet. |
