摘要:芳纶浆粕的结晶性能对芳纶纸基材料的结构和重要性质有重大影响,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对两种间位芳纶浆粕(F1和F2)进行测试,得到F1和F2无定型部分的玻璃化转变温度在283℃左右处出现,F1和F2在370℃以上出现了冷结晶放热峰,且F2的冷结晶能力强于F1。用DTA-TG对F1和F2进行了等温结晶性能分析,结果表明,F1的玻璃化转变温度较F2的低,冷结晶峰顶温度较F2高;并对热压后F1和F2的结晶性能进行了研究。 |
Abstract:The crystallization property of aramid pulp has a significant impact on the structure and the important properties of the aramid paper-based materials. Two kinds of aramid pulp F1 and F2 were tested by DSC, that glass transition of amophous part of the pulps appeared about at 283℃, cold crystallization peak of the pulps appeared at above 370℃, and cold crystallization ability of F2-pulp was stronger than that of F1-pulp. The crystallization properties of two kinds of PMIA-Pulp were analyzed by DTA-TG, in order to study the heat-resistant properties of the pulps. It was concluded that the glass-transition temperature of F1 pulp was lower than that of F2 pulp,but cold crystallization peak appeared temperature of F1 pulp was higher that of F2 pulp. Crystallization properties of two kinds of PMIA-Pulp were studied after hot pressing, the impact of hot-pressing on crystallization properties of pulp was explored. |
