摘要:探讨了阳离子木薯渣在不同用量、pH值、电导率、剪切力等条件下对废纸脱墨浆(DIP)助留助滤性能以及手抄片物理性能的影响。结果表明,阳离子木薯渣用量为0.5%~1.5%时,可获得很好的助留助滤效果,首程留着率最高可达87.7%,滤水量最高可达288 g/60 s,同时可显著提高纸张的物理强度,其抗张指数和耐破指数分别提高了25.9%和 11.9%。
Abstract:The factors affecting the retention, drainage and handsheet physical properties of de-inked pulp by using cationic cassava residue, such as cationic cassava residue dosage, pH value, conductivity, and shearing force were studied. The results showed that when the dosage of cationic cassava residue was 0.5%~1.5%, the highest levels of the drainability and retention of de-inked pulp were 288 g/60 s and 87.7%, respectively. And cationic cassava residue improved paper strength obviously, the tensile index, bursting index, were increased by 25.9%, 11.9%, respectively.
