摘要:通过红外光谱分析发现羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)含有螯合原子磷(P),以Fenton反应考察了其对金属离子的螯合作用,并将其应用于纸浆OPQP漂序的螯合处理段(Q)。结果表明,HEDP螯合金属离子的能力介于乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和二亚乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)之间,将其用于纸浆OPQP漂白工序的螯合处理段(Q)后,漂白纸浆的性能接近于以EDTA或DTPA作为螯合剂时获得的纸浆性能,但HEDP的成本价格远低于EDTA和DTPA。 |
Abstract:1-hydroxy ethylidene-1,1-diphosophonic acid(HEDP)contains chelate atom P by infrowed spectroscopic analysis. Firstly, Fenton reaction experiment was carried out in order to prove HEDP could used in Q stage. And then HEDP was used in OPQP bleaching. The results showed that HEDPs chelating metal ions ability is between EDTA and DPTA. The properties of the bleached pulp were similar to that of the pulp bleached using EDTA and DTPA in chelating stage. HEDP is more competitive due to its low price. |
