摘要:采用透明磨片对纸浆进行中浓和低浓磨浆处理,利用染色纤维作为纤维示踪物,通过高速摄像技术对磨片内部纸浆发生的变化进行了完整的拍摄记录。通过对拍摄情况的观察和分析,得出了中、低浓磨浆过程磨片不同区域中纸浆运动的状况,并得出中、低浓磨浆过程中的差异性及纸浆纤维的主要受力情况。
Abstract:The methods used to study the process of low and medium consistency refining by using high-speed photography technology were introduced. The discs of the refiner were made of organic glass and the complete process of refining were recorded with a high-speed and high resolution camera, with the dyed fibers as tracing fibers. According to the observation and analysis of recorded phenomenon, the movement of the pulp in different areas of the disc and the force affecting the pulp in low and medium consistency refining were found. These findings will be useful for further study of the process of low and medium consistency refining.
