摘要:造纸机用铸铁烘缸系由脆性材料制造的压力容器,其安全使用至关重要,按照国家质检总局TSG R0004—2009 固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程的要求,对新设计铸造压力容器要进行液压破坏性试验。本文详述了国内外主要规范对铸铁压力容器破坏性试验的规定,提出了结合铸铁烘缸实际情况的试验方法及步骤。
Abstract:The dryers used in paper machine are the pressure vessel and made of brittle material cast iron, it’s safety operation is very important. According to the new“Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel”, it must be conducted damage testing, how to carry out the damage testing is concerned about by the paper machinery manufactures and the consumers. In this article the damage testing international standard was introduced in detail, and the damage testing method and procedure for the cast iron dryers were proposed.
