摘要:针对生活用纸生产过程中白水经浅层平流式气浮装置回收处理后出水水质不稳定的现象,采用单因素实验和正交实验,分析了回流比、聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对絮凝效果的影响,探讨了气浮装置中产生大量泡沫的可能原因。结果表明,在使用普通浆料品种的条件下,PAM和PAC用量对悬浮物的去除率影响较大,对回收浆料的白度略有影响;PAM用量为2.5 mg/L、PAC用量为12.5 mg/L、回流比为10.5%~13.5%时,气浮处理效果较好;商品浆板中二氯甲烷抽提物含量偏高会导致气浮装置中产生大量的泡沫。
Abstract:Single factor and orthogonal experiments were carried out to determine the influence of the reflux ratio, the dosage of polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and polyacrylamide (PAM) on air-flotation effect of a shallowly rectangular air-flotation equipment in order to overcome the unstable quality of the recycled white water. The main reason of a lot of foam producing in the air-flotation cell was also discussed. The results showed that under the condition of usual pulp furnish, the content of PAM and PAC has a significant impact on the removal rate of suspended solids and a slightly impact on the brightness of the recycled pulp; the satisfied air-flotation treatment effects can be obtained when the content of PAM, the content of PAC, and the reflux ratio reach 2.5 mg/L, 12.5 mg/L, and 10.5% ~13.5%, respectively; the higher content of dichloromethane extracts in the market pulp used may result in a great deal of foam in the flotation cell.
