基于水夹点技术的造纸厂水梯级利用优化研究

摘要:为解决造纸企业面临的水资源匮乏的问题,提出了基于水夹点技术的造纸厂水系统梯级利用优化方法,建立了某造纸厂内的高级文化用纸、卫生纸和灰纸板车间的三级梯级用水系统。改造实践结果表明,水夹点技术对该造纸厂的梯级用水系统改造有很好的帮助,通过优化改造,全厂新鲜水用量由原来的5470 t/d下降到2784 t/d,平均吨纸新鲜水用量由原来的27.5 t水/t纸下降到13.9 t水/t纸,下降了49.1%,年节水量84万t,节水效果显著。
Abstract:To solve water shortage of papermaking enterprises and ease the pressure on environment, based on water pinch technology(WPT), this study putted forward a optimization method of building water cascade use system at a papermaking mill where the fine paper, tissue paper and paperboard were produced. Results showed that water pinch technology had certain directive significance at the multi-products paper mill’s water cascade use. Through the modification, the fresh water consumption from originally 5470 t/d decreased to 2784 t/d, average fresh water specific consumption from 27.5 tons decreased to 13.9 tons, fell by 49.1%, 840 000 tons of water could be saved annually, water saving effect is remarkable.
