摘要:对8种典型造纸植物纤维原料的氮、磷含量进行了分析,采用常规蒸煮工艺进行蒸煮,通过测定浆料和黑液的氮、磷含量对蒸煮过程氮、磷元素的迁移规律进行了总结。同时结合制浆造纸生产的实际情况和相关标准,探讨了氮、磷污染物对废水排放的影响,并提出了相关建议。
Abstract:The contents of nitrogen and phosphorus of 8 kinds of typical paper-making fiber raw materials and their conventional chemical pulping black liquor were analyzed, the migration of nitrogen and phosphorus in pulping process was investigated. Combining with the practical situation and related standards for the pulp and paper production, the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants on effluent emission were discussed.
