摘要:介绍了激光圈焊工艺在板式降膜蒸发器中加热板片制造中的应用,给出了加热板片许用压力的计算方法,对比了激光圈焊与传统点焊生产工艺的不同。采用激光圈焊工艺,可以显著提高板片的承压能力,在满足工况的条件下,通过优化设计,可以减少钢材厚度,从而节约大量金属资源。
Abstract:This paper put up a new manufacture process, laser welding, to manufacture the lamella of plate falling film evaporator. Provided the calculation method of allowable pressure for the lamella and compared the difference of manufacture technologies between spot welding and laser welding. It is considered that the laser welding technology, can greatly improve pressure bearing capability of the lamella; the thickness of the lamella can be reduced and a lot of metal resource can be saved by the optimum design.
