大豆蛋白聚合物对涂布纸板性能的影响

摘要:在实验室和中试工艺条件下,研究了大豆蛋白聚合物Pro-cote® 4610作为涂料胶黏剂和流变性改良剂对涂布纸板底涂和面涂性能的影响。结果表明,实验室结果与中试结果较一致;与羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和淀粉比较,大豆蛋白聚合物能在一定范围内改善涂布纸板的PPS粗糙度、光泽度、油墨吸收性及印刷表面强度,经同样配方涂料底涂和面涂后,涂布纸板性能达到CB/T 10335.4—2004的要求;在底涂涂料配方中使用大豆蛋白聚合物可降低胶乳用量,有利于环境保护。
Abstract:Soy protein polymer is a green adhesive and rheological modifier. It can provide thickening and water holding to coating as well as binding strength. Effects of Pro-cote ®4610 on precoat and topcoat gray bottom whiteboard performances in laboratory and pilot tests respectively were studied by comparative analysis. The results show that the results of pilot test were consistent with that in laboratory. Compared to reference formulas (CMC, starch), Pro-cote®4610 improved PPS roughness, sheet gloss, ink absorption and printing surface strength to some extent and the paperboard properties after topcoat all met the technical standards. Latex dosage could be reduced when Pro-cote®4610 was added in the precoat coating formula, which was benefit to protect the environment.
