摘要:采用原位聚合法以脲醛树脂为壁材、非离子型吐温80为乳化剂包埋檀香香精,制备了香精微胶囊,将其应用于宣纸加香。研究了低温缩聚制备脲醛树脂微胶囊的工艺,考察了乳化方式和芯壁比对香精微胶囊形态的影响。缩聚阶段的工艺条件为:采用HCl和NH4Cl双组分固化剂,调节终点pH值为1至固化完全,可在室温下制备出球形结构、表面致密、包埋率为11.44%、微胶囊化产率为34.32%的檀香香精微胶囊。宣纸加香处理后不影响其柔韧性、吸墨性等特征。
Abstract:Sandalwood microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization using urea-formaldehyde resin as the wall material and Tween 80 as emulsifier, and applied in xuan paper aroma finishing. The effect of the ways of emulsification and core-wall mass ratio in the low temperature polycondensation process on the morphlology of the microcapsules was investigated. Optimal conditions were summarized as: HCl and NH4Cl were used as two-component curing agent, end point pH value was adjusted to 1, and keeping reaction till solidified completely at room temperature. The study results demonstrated that the prepared sandalwood microcapsules are with spherical shape,compact structure, embedding rate 11.44%, microcapsuling rate 34.32%. The flexibility and ink absorbency of xuan paper after aroma finishing is not deteriorated.
