摘要:阐述了核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、二维核磁及核磁共振磷谱在木素分离研究中的应用进展,并指出目前核磁共振波谱法在木素结构分析中存在的问题,同时,对其以后的应用发展进行了展望。
Abstract:Lignin, with a three-dimensional network structure, is mainly composed of substituted phenylpropane units, which are linked together through the ester and C-C linkages. In recent years, the separation and structure analysis of lignin has attracted more attention. As a new and increasingly mature analysis method, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy plays an important role in lignin structure research in recent years. Especially 2D HSQC, it can provide both qualitative and quantitative information of the lignin structure rapidly and accurately. This paper mainly introduces the application progress of 1H NMR,13C NMR,31P NMR and 2D HSQC NMR used in the lignin separation research, and points out the existed problems, and the prospect of the future development and applications of NMR.
