摘要:实验通过制定阻燃剂复配方案,研究了以硅酸铝钠(NaAl(SiO3)2)为主、用Mg(OH)2、Al(OH)3、膨润土、红磷部分取代NaAl(SiO3)2,验证了NaAl(SiO3)2为主的阻燃剂复配体系对涂布阻燃纸阻燃效果的影响。结果表明,这几种阻燃剂的协同阻燃效果明显,相对于单一NaAl(SiO3)2阻燃剂和其他复配阻燃剂,Mg(OH)2与NaAl(SiO3)2复配效果最好,当Mg(OH)2与NaAl(SiO3)2的质量比为1∶2、涂布量为63.2 g/m2时,涂布阻燃纸的炭化长度达到88 mm。 |
Abstract:In this paper, the quality of fire-retardant paper prepared by coating sodium aluminum silicate flame retardant system was evaluated. Sodium aluminum silicate with perfectly crystallized structure and thermal stability applies to paper can play a role in whitening and flame retardant. The results showed that the application of magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite and red phosphorus combining with sodium aluminum silicate has a good synergistic flame retardant effect. |
