摘要:优化了脱墨浆(DIP)的FAS漂白工艺与成本,当碱比(m(NaOH)∶m(FAS))控制为0.5时,漂白效果最好;当FAS用量小于0.75%(对绝对浆)时,漂白浆的白度随着FAS用量的增加而提高,且其白度增幅没有因FAS用量的增加而显递减趋势;对脱墨浆车间而言,为了获得较高的送浆白度,如果贮浆塔液位较低,应使贮浆塔的浆料温度为70℃、如果液位适中或偏高,应使贮浆塔的浆料温度为60℃;如果将浆料温度提高5℃,在达到相同的浆料白度的情况下,FAS的用量可减少0.065%。 |
Abstract:The technology and cost of DIP bleaching with FAS were optimized,the best bleaching result was obtained when the ratio of NaOH/FAS was 0.5. Brightness of pulp increased constantly with FAS dosage increasing when FAS amount was less than 0.75%. In order to deliver higher brightness pulp,the temperature of the pulp in storage tank ought to be 70℃ if the pulp level was low; otherwise the temperature of the pulp ought to be 60℃ if the pulp level was in middle or high. The same brightness and bleaching cost could be obtained when FAS dosage decreased 0.065% if temperature of the pulp increased 5℃. |
