摘要:在制浆过程中,磨浆对提高成纸性能起到重要的作用。恰当的纤维处理在很大程度上影响纸机的运行和最终产品质量。新型OptiFiner Pro低浓磨浆机采用更小的转子,与相同处理能力的传统磨浆机相比,其空载能耗降低近50%。OptiFiner Pro磨浆机采用锥形设计,通过新一代加载系统移动转子来调节磨浆间隙,快速、准确地控制磨浆功率。
Abstract:Refining plays an important role in paper properties improvement. Appropriate fiber refining significantly affects paper machine operation and final product quality. Metso has introduced a new refining concept, OptiFiner Pro refiner, which has a smaller rotor. The OptiFiner Pro’s no-load energy consumption reduced by nearly 50% compared with the conventional refiner on the same capacity basis. OptiFiner Pro refiner has a tapered design, the refining gap and refining power can be control quickly and accurately through a new generation loading system.
