摘要:采用共沉淀法合成了层间阴离子分别为Cl-、NO-3、CO2-3和Cl-/NO-3混合离子的镁铝水滑石试样,采用XRD、 TG-DTA分析试样的相组成和热性能,并讨论了不同层间阴离子镁铝水滑石对纸张阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,不同层间阴离子的镁铝水滑石粒径均在200~250 nm之间,且具有较高的正电荷密度,结晶度较高,晶相较均一。层间阴离子为Cl-/NO-3的镁铝水滑石的热稳定性最好,热分解残余量最高,为58.74%,其阻燃性能也最好,当其加入量为20%时,阻燃纸的氧指数为26.2%,达到难燃级。 |
Abstract:Mg-Al hydrotalcites with different interlayer anions were synthesized by co-precipitation, and used in flame retardant paper as filler. The nature of hydrotalcites and flame-retardant paper were characterized using X-ray diffraction, TG-DTA technique, etc. It was found that different types of Mg-Al hydrotalcites were layered nanoparticles, with perfectly crystallized structure and high cationic charge density. The Mg-Al hydrotalcites have the best thermal stability and flame retardant property while the interlayer anions are Cl-/NO-3. The oxygen index of the flame retardant paper is 26.2% when the dosage of Mg/Al-Cl/NO3 LDH is 20%, and the paper belongs to the grade with difficulty to burn. |
