摘要:考察了南方松硫酸盐浆氧脱木素过程中反应条件(用碱量、氧压、温度和时间)对甲醇生成规律的影响。建立了氧脱木素过程中甲醇生成的动力学模型,并探讨了不同反应条件下甲醇生成量随纸浆卡伯值的变化。结果表明,该动力学模型能很好地描述氧脱木素过程中甲醇的生成规律;达到相同脱木素程度,温度越高、用碱量越大,甲醇的生成量越少;而且,温度对甲醇生成量的影响最大。在目标卡伯值(18)下,温度由100℃提高到115℃,将使得甲醇的生成量降低约20%。
Abstract:The effects of the alkali charge, oxygen pressure, reaction temperature and time on the formation of methanol during oxygen delignification (OD) of southern pine pulp were investigated, and a kinetic model for predicting the methanol formation during the OD process was established. The results showed that although the alkali charge affects the amount of the methanol, the effect of reaction temperature in the OD process is more significant. About 20% of methanol can be reduced from the OD process when reaction temperature increases from 100℃ to 115℃.
