摘要:研究了纤维素酶预处理对漂白针叶木浆打浆能耗、纤维特性及成纸性能的影响。探讨了酶用量对打浆能耗及纸浆性能的影响,并通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,初步研究了酶对纤维改性的机理。结果表明,经过酶处理的纤维表面变得粗糙,分丝帚化增多;适量的纤维素酶预处理后能够降低打浆能耗,改善纸浆性能。
Abstract:The effect of celluloses pretreatment of softwood pulp before beating on beating energy consumption, fiber morphology, paper properties was studied in this paper. The effects of different dosage of enzyme on beating energy consumption and the pulp property were investigated. The results showed that pretreatment with cellulases before beating can reduce beating energy comsumption and improve pulp properties.
