摘要:介绍了绿液预处理技术改进传统硫酸盐法制浆的研究进展,包括绿液预处理对硫酸盐浆成浆质量的影响,对硫酸盐制浆过程化学品消耗的影响,以及添加蒽醌(AQ)对预处理效果的影响。介绍了对绿液预处理过程中各化学组分的反应行为的分析。 |
Abstract:The green liquor pretreatment for improving kraft pulping, including its influences on pulp qualities, and chemical consumption in kraft pulping process, as well as the effect of AQ addition in green liquor pretreatment was introduced. Research progress in analysis of performance and behavior of the chemical components in the system such as alkali, sulfide and carbohydrate was also discussed. |
