摘要:对纸品(含羧甲基纤维素钠)进行热水抽提,将提取液与浓硫酸进行反应,再与苯酚反应生成橙黄色化合物,在477 nm处测定溶液的吸光度,从而建立了一种测定纸品中羧甲基纤维素钠含量的分光光度方法。该方法精密度好,回收率高,检出限为0.2%。
Abstract:A spectrophotometric method was established to determine the content of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na) in paper. CMC-Na in paper was extracted by hot water, then the extracted solution was mixed with concentrated sulphuric acid and phenol, thus an orange solution was obtained. The absorbance of this orange solution was measured at 477nm. This method had quite a good precision and a rather high recovery. The detection limit was 0.2%.
