摘要:探讨了危害分析与关键控制点(HACCP,Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)体系在食品包装纸及其制品生产中的应用,根据HACCP的基本原理,对食品包装纸及其制品的生产流程进行了分析,找出了危害因素,确定了关键控制点和关键限值,并对关键控制点的监控和纠偏措施进行了讨论。 |
Abstract:Food packaging paper and its products are the common food packaging material, it will directly affect the safety of food. In order to reduce the contamination risk of the food caused by the packaging paper and its products, application of HACCP in the production of food packaging paper and its products was discussed. According to the basic principle of HACCP, the production processes of food packaging paper and its products were analyzed, hazard factors were found, critical control points and critical limits were defined, and the monitoring of critical control points and the corrective methods were discussed. |
