摘要:对碱法竹浆黑液进行氧化-磺甲基化改性,制备了可用作混凝土减水剂的磺化木素,并研究了该产品的水溶性和表面活性,探讨了其作为减水剂在水泥浆中的应用性能。结果表明,氧化-磺甲基化处理能有效改善碱法竹浆黑液中木素的水溶性,提高其表面活性。 |
Abstract:Lignosulfonate was prepared as water-reducer via oxidation and sulfomethylation of bamboo alkaline-pulping black liquor. Results indicated that the water-solubility and surfactivity of lignin in black liquor can be effectively improved through the modification. The prepared lignosulfonate can be employed as a cost-effectively water-reducer in concrete industry, since it can reduce cement slurry viscosity so as to increase the fluidity by means of dispersing cement slurry floc and releasing the bound water. This work shows great significance in pollution prevention and the reuse of black liquor. |
