A design scheme of black liquor gasification combined with paper sheet drying was formulated in this paper. The equipments of the project consisted of black liquor gasification system and paper drying system. The technological process was designed as the follows：the gasification gas was produced in the gasifer, and consequently treated with cooling and desulfurization, thereby the purified gasification gas was obtained. The purified gas could be burned as fuel in furnace to heat up the air to 230～240℃. Then the hot air was blown to the wet sheet on the surface of dryer via a heatedair hood to increase drying rate of the paper sheet.

In this paper, the technology of Bio-CMP pulping of rice straw was explored. The study found that when the dosage of xylanase was 30 IU/g based on dry straw, the pulp could reach brightness of 27.8% and acceptable physical property of paper. Compared with sulfonation treatment at low temperature, better results could be acquired through NaOH treatment. The xylanase pretreatment before chemical treatment had significance of practical application, it was beneficial for the chemicals to penetrate into internal structure of the materials and improve the reaction efficiency between the chemicals and the lignin. When the dosages of xylanase, cellulase, and pectinase were 20 IU/g, 10 IU/g and 15 IU/g, respectively, the quality of fiber and physical property of paper were better and the burst index of paper was 1.18 kPa·m2/g, breaking length was 2.23 km, ring crush index was 2.27 N·m/g and the tear index was 4.49 mN·m2 /g.

The test results of the developed method were compared with those measured using national standard method. The results showed that the limit of quantitation，recoveries，relative standard deviations of the developed method was 0.12%， 96.42%~101.00%，1.93%， respectively. The result of GC-TCD method was about 70% as high as that of standard method. This method eliminated the errors caused by volatile components in filter plug wrapping paper in the determination of moisture， and offered more accurate and reliable results. The method was suitable for determining the moisture in filter plug wrapping paper.

In this study， an advanced oxidation integrated technology of activated carbon adsorption+Fenton oxidation+ozone catalytic oxidation， applied to the treatment of papermaking wastewater was introduced. The results showed that the optimal treatment conditions were as follows： when the amount of activated carbon was 0.5 g/L and the adsorption time was 30 min， the CODCr removal rate could reach 60%； when the effluent was treated by Fenton oxidation process with addition amount of H2O2 was 0.25 g/L， n（Fe2+）：n（H2O2）=1：4， and reaction time was 1.0 h， the CODCr removal rate could reach up to 32%； when the Fenton effluent was further treated by ozone catalytic oxidation， ozone concentration was 10%， H2O2 dosage was 0.1 g/L， gas-liquid ratio was 2：1， and reaction time was 1.0 h， the COD removal effect was the best. This advanced oxidation integrated technology could reduce the CODCr of wastewater from 180 mg/L to 25 mg/L with a removal rate of 86.1%， reaching the surface water level of Ⅳ class， and the integrated operation cost was ¥8.9/t.

In this study， a N-doped TiO2 nanotube array membrane catalyst was prepared by anodizing technology for photocatalytic treatment of organic matter in papermaking wastewater. Field emission scanning electron microscope （FESEM）， X-ray diffractometer （XRD） and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer （UV-Vis） were used to characterize the surface morphology and chemical composition of the sample. The results showed that the TiO2 nanotube array membrane had a highly ordered morphology， and its pore size and nanotube length reached an optimal state when the anodizing voltage was 40 V. In addition， the crystal form of the TiO2 catalyst was anatase， and as shown in the results of UV-Vis， it had a strong light absorption capacity with the absorption band edge had a significant red shift. When the prepared catalyst was used in photocatalytic papermaking wastewater， the removal rate of CODCr and chroma of the waste water reached 80.1% and 90.2%， respectively with the dosage of catalyst was 2.5 g/L and reaction time of 60 min.

http://zgzz.ijournals.cn/zgzzen/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=202207018&flag=1

As a filler in the production of cigarette paper， calcium carbonate can improve the air permeability and adjust the burning rate of the cigarette paper， while the compounds of potassium， sodium and magnesium used as the combustion regulator in cigarette paper directly participate in the combustion， and the content of which will affect the release of smoke components from cigarette combustion， thereby affecting the sensory quality of cigarettes. Therefore， establishing a method for the determination of Na+， K+， Mg2+， and Ca2+ content in cigarette paper is of great significance for monitoring the quality of cigarettes. In this study， a method for simultaneously determining the contents of Na+， K+， Mg2+， and Ca2+ in cigarette paper was established by using ion chromatography. The results showed that a good linear relationship among the four metal ions was found with R2>0.9995，the detection limit 0.01~0.03 mg/g，the relative standard deviations <5%，and the recoveries of the ions 97.4%~106.2%.
