http://zgzz.ijournals.cn/zgzzen/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=202308007&flag=1

In this study， the chemical composition and isolated lignin structure of 10 wild bamboo raw materials from Guangxi province were characterized by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory （NREL） method， thioacidolysis， gel permeation chromatography （GPC）， two-dimensional nuclear magnetic （2D NMR）， etc. The results showed that the cellulose contents of 10 wild bamboo species were between 37.09%~44.21%， and the hemicellulose and lignin contents were 17.16%~23.32% and 21.73%~25.81%， respectively. All lignin preparations were GSH-type， and the content of the H-type unit was below 5%. Three major inter-unit linkages present in all kinds of bamboo’s lignin are β-O-4， β-β， and β-5， of which the β-O-4 linkages accounted for more than 80% of the main side-chain linkages and accounted for 47.41%~52.07% of the total aromatics. In addition， ferulic acid and p-coumarin acid were also found in the aromatic region. In summary， it suggested that the Bambusapervariabilis， among these bamboo samples，was the most suitable type of bamboo to be used in biorefinery， lignin degradation， and pulping and papermaking， followed by the Schizostachyumauriculatum and Dendrocalamopsis.

http://zgzz.ijournals.cn/zgzzen/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=202308009&flag=1

Bagasse is a by-product of sugar industry， and it is also a renewable biomass resource with abundant yield. Most of bagasse in China is directly used as biomass fuel or as a feedstock for pulp production， generating relatively limited economic benefits. This paper analyzed the current situation of the bagasse in traditional areas such as the preparation of pulp and biomass fuels， and presented the main exist problems. On this basis， the recent research progress in the preparation of new high-value products such as oligosaccharides， nanocellulose， carbon quantum dots and activated carbon from bagasse was summarized. Finally， a strategy for the multi-value and high-value comprehensive utilization of bagasse resources was proposed， with a view to realizing industrialization of high-value bagasse products.

However， the shortage of raw materials in the specialty paper industry has seriously affected its stable and healthy development. Based on the mode of “forest-pulp-paper integration”， utilization of abundant non-wood fiber raw materials according to the stategy based on local conditions， and development of virgin pulp， are expected to achieve independent control of the raw materials and products of the specialty paper. In this paper， the characteristics of different plant fibers， pulping methods and suitable kinds of specialty paper had been summarized in order to guide the selection of raw materials for specialty paper.
