<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[This paper introduced the rebuilding process for waste heat recovery and utilization. The result showed that the rebuilding not only reduced the operating temperature of air compressor to ensure its normal operation， but also used the recovered heat to increase the temperature of warm water required by production process， so as to save the electric energy required for warm water production. This rebuilding experience could be the reference for the paper mills using air compressors.]]></description>

To solve these problems， in the process of technical transformation of paper machine instruments， the development of technical plans and construction plans and other construction preparations and the participation of experienced equipment service personnel in instrument commissioning played an important role in the success of technical reforms. This paper summarized the old paper machine instrument debugging and technical renovation project construction experience， provided reference and reference for instrument technicians.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[The high content of silicon oxide in alkali recovery white mud made it difficult to recycle. After research and exploration， a paper company in conjunction with the U.S. Special Mining Co.， Ltd.， optimized and controlled the process of intensified washing， carbonization and grinding to produce the calcium carbonate with the particle size， residual alkali and silicon content which met the requirements of paper filler. The produced filler calcium carbonate had been successfully applied to various kinds of paper produced in the paper company， which developed a feasible method for the comprehensive utilization of alkali recovery white mud.]]></description>

In order to save energy and meet the production needs， it was necessary to construct cogeneration projects to provide steam and electric energy for production. The common cogenerations of coal-fired boiler， gas-fired boiler and gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration were introduced in this paper. Aiming at the three cogeneration modes， the cost calculation method was established， and the calculation curves of heating and power supply were obtained by modeling and calculating different unit project investment and different fuel prices， which could provide reference for the choice of cogeneration modes.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[Paper industry has eco-natural property， and is also a typical energy and resource intensive industry. To promote paper industry to steadily achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals is not only the overall requirement of the national "double carbon" goals， but also the internal demand of its own high-quality development. Based on the industry of consumption structure of energy and resources， carbon emission characteristics， production technology level and energy-saving and low-carbon technology， the main sources， control nodes and development process of carbon emission of paper industry in recent years were introduced in this paper. The main problems faced by China's paper industry to achieve the goals of "dual carbon" were analyzed. The development path of "double carbon" target was explored， and the key initiatives were put forward， including the structure transformation of industry and raw materials as the guide， fuel alternative and energy structure adjustment as the core， to focus to strengthen waste recycling and lower the energy and resources consumption， and to seek breakthrough for process， equipment and energy-saving and low-carbon technology as the key， to explore the development of CCUS technology as supplement and to enhance the management level of carbon emissions.]]></description>
