<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[This paper systematically analyzed the key technical problems in the process of bamboo germplasm resources screening and efficient cultivation， diversified pulp and paper production and high-value utilization of process waste in the process of bamboo-pulp-paper integration in China， summarized the inputs and supports of the governments at all levels and science and technology departments for technological breakthroughs during the period of the “14th Five-Year Plan”， and looked forward to the expected results of the implementation of the key technologies. This work was expected to provide an important reference for the efficient implementation of bamboo-pulp-paper integration.]]></description>
